DC Motor Speed Controller 5-15VDC K67

This kit will control the speed of any common DC motor rated up to 100V (5A). The circuit operates on 5V to 15Vdc. It uses a NE556 to pulse-width modulate a high current switching power MOSFET, IRFZ44N or IRF530N. In this way motor torque is maintained regardless of the adjusted speed. Supply Voltage: 5 -15Vdc Dimensions: 55 x 96mm, 30mm height Enclosure Dimensions: 60 x 100 x 30mm
