Speed Services
This is the courier service of the South African Post Office. Delivery is
usually next-day, but may take two days to remote areas and delivery cannot be
guaranteed on Saturdays. The maximum weight that we will process by Speed
Services is 2kgs. A Tracking
service enables customers to check a parcel at any time. Alternatively, call
0860 023 133 and quote your tracking number. Delivery is either to a nominated
Post Office counter or PO Box. Goods must be claimed from Post Offices within 30
days.
Berco Express - Door Delivery
This method of despatch is a Door to Door Service.
Delivery is typically 48 hours to major destinations and 72 hours to remote
areas, delivered to a nominated physical address.

RETURNS
We’ll refund customers and deduct a 10% handling fee
if certain conditions apply:
1)Original invoice will accompany the product.
2)Retuned with in 7 days
3)The product must be unused and still in the original packaging.
4)Due To the nature Of Electro-static sensitive devices, We offer no refund on
electronic components and electronic kits
5)Sensitive electronic products must first be evaluated to determine the course
of the defect.
6)No refund will be paid in event of the customers’ negligence.
No goods may be returned to Rabtron without prior
consent, unless they were sent in error by Rabtron or received by the Purchaser
in a damaged of faulty condition.
